The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide professional leadership in the coordination, implementation and management of activities and functions related to Student Transportation Services of the School District.

The position reports to the Director of Transportation and is responsible for supervising subordinate staff, planning and coordinating programs, evaluating programs and making recommendations for modification to ensure achievement of goals, managing assigned budget and preparing related reports, representing the District to the public, and performing related work as required. The position develops and implements programs within organizational policies; reports major activities to executive level administrators through conferences and reports.

Salary From: $2.512.08 - $2,996.96

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Transportation. Logistics, Business Administration or related area from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.

Requires five years of public school student transportation or related experience.

Normally works 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
