| School Bus Contractors Grow Business Through New Jersey Acquisitions |

Jordan Transportation, a subsidiary of Student Transportation of America (STA), this week purchased Kevah Konner, Inc. , of Pine Brook, N.J. On the same day, Durham School Services increased its fleet and company revenues by acquiring Vogel Bus Company of Roselle, N.J. Both deals were handled by Suns Mergers & Acquisitions of Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. The Jordan Transportation deal on Jan. 3 adds more than 100 school buses and $4.8 million in annual revenue. STA acquired Jordan Transportation, which has been in operation for more than half a century, in September of 2009. At the time, Jordan Transportation had 135 school buses in its fleet with annualized revenues of $7.2 million. Kevah Konner has focused on pupil transportation since it was established in 1936, STA now has 40 transportation companies in its portfolio. Meanwhile, Durham's acquisition of Vogel Bus Company Durham adds more than 200 vehicles and annual revenues in excess of $13 million. Vogel has been in the pupil transportation business in New Jersey and New York for the past 50 years.
